There’s a lot of controversy about growing corn for making Ethanol to fuel cars but it’s important to see the differences when it comes to using corn kernels for home furnaces and stoves. When we compare using wood for heating and using corn theres a big difference. Trees take decades and more to provide fuel while corn can be grown in 180 days to provide for that furnace or stove. There is no long process with energy usage to get those corn kernels to your door.
